I am so glad you caught that and pointed it out. The media and their editors are going to have to go back and take, "court terminology 101." It is just easier to follow the proceedings after that clarification. I am less worried about the discussion/markup on Tuesday. It doesn't seem like there is much time allotted anyway, 10am-12pm? They have to vote on Fed nominees first too.

You lost me on that post, Obit. So, if I understand what you are saying, there is no JOHNSON CRAPO BILL, but simply a draft discussion in committe.

So I was caught in the thought that there was a Johnson-Crapo bill, even though I read the bill through but simply ignored the heading. Never again.
