Well if Forging actual stock certificates doesn't seem to be high on their list of prosecuting, I doubt a little goosing of the shorts in LFWK's case is gonna rank high on their list..
No it isn't either,, Not when there is a proven Short. take a look at PAIM .. There is document fact of a short,, how about the POS -> USXP .. If you post back saying there wasn't not shorts on either of those,, Your Full of it, and You Know it..
