That letter means nothing except the fact that the guy that built the slander website
Is hurting the company. If the company is suing those sites that is some good evidence for the suit.

The letter says nothing new and is not negative against the company.

IMO Steve's lack of transparency via SEC 8K has hurt the company at times. I wonder why Steve has refused to get certain information(signed contracts, agreements) to the SEC? Kinda odd IMO

The letter states one thing:

It is with sincere apologies I officially resign as President, IC Punch Media and VU TV. I have no choice but to end my association with you, as I cannot work without any pay or contract.

It is public information that when Ms. Dickie was asked to leave the company she took several deals with her that she signed to the company.
