It is an easy system. The colors give a more visual and simple representation on when to buy or sell. Basically, for bottom plays, don't hit the buy trigger until the RED/BLUE colors turn to GREEN/YELLOW and these indicators are at 10-20% levels. It could take a few days to reach that level for any given stock.
