This whole thing was a witch hunt by Geo (to defer attention from them) and facts are, it was nothing more than an Officer (Lee) who at the time, had no CFO to sign financial docs, so he signed them as an Officer who was not given that authority to do so- That is all. Simple.
Has nothing to do with all the employees, the fully opertaional corporation or its products and why this now is trading again albeit on OTC for now.
