The only confirmed relationship between Kannaway and Micheal Llamas that I'm aware of is that HDDC Holding (Llamas) is listed as the "Correspondent" to pretty much all of Kannaway's trademarks. Including to the word "Kannaway":

Beyond that I doubt any relationship between Llamas and pert near anything will be confirmed if it can plausibly be denied. And I believe that Stewart Titus (and General Hemp) is listed as the official owner of Kannaway.
