dilution is dilution... it brings down the PPS....sigh. Sure you and the company can say its to raise cash but at the end of the day , in the short term, we the shareholders are losing equity. if you hold your shares in TRTC for another year then it will pay off but if something comes up and you need to cash out then your being hurt
