Maybe you're right
and the shares pushed through the market on Friday had nothing to do with the Reg D filing ~a year ago. I don't know, I'm only guessing based on the few facts available. What ever happened when the big volume traded, the stock closed higher, not lower - at least for now. I expected action this month but thought that the price would move a bit more.
This is an education in the pinks for both of us I imagine.
