Rustydog62,
I think your 12% commission from Carpenter to MHTX might be a bit too high. The initiating 9/16/2013 coverage of MHTX done by SeeThruEquity stated that the level of royalties to be paid by Carpenter has not been published. However, they estimated royalties of between 5% and 10%. However, I agree with your statement that the SeeThruEquity price target of $0.25 is conservative.

Feedback? Here ya go. Your conclusions are your usual combination of wrong and oops. I believe the commission rate is 5% (if this is wrong I hope someone will provide a link to the correct number). So let's be optimistic and say $100 million in the first year Mithralmax sales, that would be $5 million to MSI in revenues. We've all seen the way these guys spend and their inclination to dilute and reward themselves, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say that $5 million turns into $4 million in earnings or about about .008/share. Even with a generous p/e of 20, that would equate to a .16 share price. Acknowledging your customary "oops" of .025 and correcting it to the .25 target from whatever the name of that firm was, it is clear that reaching or exceeding that .25 target price depends on the success of the Flynn technology.

I don't know how to value the nano particles since there is no sales projection from MSI. I also don't know how you can say the new machine will be fully tested by the end of this year, but delivering it to MSA would be a nice first step.
