My thought is this. PHOT started trading again on Friday. Look at the chart it shot right up...leveled out and at the endo of the day it started moving up again. Everyone had time to bail if they wanted to,. PHOT will move back up and PRs will be hitting this ticker starting MONDAY..WATCH and LEARN.
