ARCP
Although ARCP does have a retailer feel, you also need to recognize they do a lot of business with banks, industrial businesses, and others. and do a lot of business outside the mall so that theory doesn't make sense to me. Look at their client list on the website. It is very informative they are not renting to the SHLD or JCP of the world. They are leasing to dollar store, banks, drug stores, restaurants these are not things that are going to replaced by that phenomenon yet. LOL. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
