I can place a call in Monday. The con is these lawyers will need fuel to dig deep. The pro is the earlier the better to stop fires from consuming everything. It would have value to hear it from Dan (how soon he returns calls is a good litmus test and his oral replies when put on spot) and better to hear from a 3rd party reputable legal firm - to make sure and protect everyone's investment from foul play.
Everytime I read such rumors I always ask myself why would they do anything like that? Makes just no sense to me.
They are big shareholders. They have big business relationships with the gushers who all are huge shareholders too and who would freak out. They risk endless legal implications as well.
