MARANI is demanding a trial, they feel Bodie was diluting and hurting the company. BODIE BELIEVES they were not given the correct amount of shares for the $100,000 loan. Bodie accepted the shares at the time even though they were expecting more? Fishy. Sounds like an oral disagreement somewhere in the mix. We will never hears about this because the difference is coin change. The whole case will be dropped IMO, worst case we give have to pay court fees, which marani is counter suing for those as well ahhaha ;)

Difference of 3Grand.
