Here is what I consider a lie:
Most recent is the RS, he said over and over there would not be an RS. People bought shares because of that. There seemed to be a glimmer of hope with PUNCH behind him and new shows, VU TV, Cleveland coming online, 12 additional airports by the end of 2013. All of those positive things and no RS, how many times did he say it?
When the CV deal was announced the talk was 285 airports at $192,000 per airport and 2 IC Places shows as part of it. He didn't disclose for months that ICPA only owned 1/3 of one of the shows and that it would take 5 airports to make a profit, which in itself was a lie. Making a profit implies that revenue is coming in just not enough to be profitable yet. People bought shares because of that. Why didn't he correct 285 and $192K? Allowing that whole discussion and not correcting it was awful on his part.
And the most unbelievable lie was selling shares. Maybe he didn't sell his own personal shares but the company sure did sell shares. Who made the decision to flood the market with those shares? And now after the RS the share count has (or will soon) risen dramatically.
Lies, half truths, never the whole story; this has cost his investors a tremendous amount of money.
