Let's remember that it was very dumb of Scott to go on MoneyTV to say the SEC was concerned about a promotion that "may" be contemplated by a mysterious third party.
MoneyTV is, after all, run by a promoter. It's a pay-for service, and a fairly expensive one. Run by Don Baillergeon, who was sued by the SEC years ago for promoting.
