As of yesterday, I finally got out from BZCN with 70 dollars profits
(what a joke) afte aggressively averaging down before this week runup
USING 11K DOLLARS FOR 3 WEEKS TO MAKE UP THE LOSS WITH MY INITIAL
INVESTMENT WITH 2K DOLLARS.

But I can't just leave Delmar with nothing. So I submitted a SEC
complaints on behalf of bag holders here.

File # HO::~00017027~::HO
========================================

Dear SEC,
I'm here to request investigation on the CEO, Delmar A. Janovec of
BizAuction(BZCN) and AmeriResource. This

person releases series of PRs regarding his companies with promotion
of his stock after unbelievable increase

of Authorized Shares. Then sell shares when investors come into
invest. I understand how risky pink stocks

are, however, this person did too much so called 'pump and dump'.
Currently ARIO is at 0.0001 and the

company's website is inactive after ARIO share price reached 0.0001.
Now BZCN is going in the same direction.

Please look at the below Q3 report (http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/
ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?

id=27525)for 1 year difference of Outstanding shares. He dumped nearly
14 times more of common shares in less

than 1 year. When you look at BZCN chart, those increases were done
right before pumping begins.
I understand how the company receives financial relief from investors,
but the CEO Delmar has never responded

to investors regarding the matter. NONE of investors can contact the
management to ask questions. When you

call their management or email, a woman picks up the call, and always
redirect to Delmar's voice mail. When I

ask the woman, why she always redirect a phone call, she says, she's
not an employee of the company, but

providing answering service to the company.

BZCN and ARIO don't even have Investor Relation to answer questions
and are hiding all informations from

investors, but releasing PRs and dump shares. This practice has been
done with ARIO and now many of investors

are caught with BZCN. When PRs come out, investors think their sales
go up, so they go into investment to this

company, but soon after it goes up, series of 40M, 50M share dumping
happens. Imagine how many people got

caught on Delmar's pump and dump. On every spike, because of his
dumping practice, there will be more and more

investors get caught on his scam stocks.

As one of investors of BZCN, I hereby request SEC to conduct
investigation for aggressive pump and dump scam

with companies associated with Delmar Janovec. And you can easily find
investors testimonials here;

And also please contact the managements of the companies, and request
to build a communication with investors,

not redirecting calls to voice messages through answering service
representative. I tried to contact the

management, investor relation, calls or emails never return responses.
The company hired answering services to

answer the phone calls and redirect to the CEO's voice messages. When
calls were redirected to his voice

message, it keeps saying voice messages full, which means the CEO is
totally ignoring communications with

investors.

All investors in BZCN and ARIO are in dark, lost most of their
monenies. But the CEO and management doesn't

respond, doesn't give any explanation of where all the money generated
from dumping shares to go, but keep

increasing A/S, O/S to destory investors' confidences.

At the end, because Delmar Janovec has practiced these types of scams,
I'm strongly requesting SEC to prevent

the person to make any his business to go public.

Thank you for hearing investors' request..."

THIS NEEDED TO BE DONE!

GLTA.
