The letter went to shareholders with ~2.5mm, OR MORE, shares (based
upon U.S. tax law -- & was accompanied by a "W-9"). MOST brokerages
have already paid out the dividend. Check with your broker...

Whitey 2 - I'm also with Scottrade and I DID receive my Divs. I guess you are going to have to check with ST. This is assuming you owned NTEK on the record date. If you recently bought then you would have had to have done so at least 3 days prior to the record date.

I have been holding with purchases from August thru Jan. I am also with Scott and did not receive the letter or Divy yet. In my experience with other Divys Scott has always seemed to be a few days behind some of the others in posting. I know mine will arrive soon, hopefully quicker then the NP-1.
