This stock is definitely manipulated. I've seen brokers/deals on level 2 deliberately lower the ask so this stock can't rise.
Dilution has occurred, but why do you think management hasn't been able to secure necessary funding in the past? Dilution is the effect of this.
11 million or so in debt is peanuts considering the potential here. I don't think that is the reason pharma companies haven't jumped in. I don't think some companies want Bioheart to succeed. I know Mike Tomas even said that at a presentation. Pharma doesn't want this technology out there. I feel pretty confident that market competitors are the reason Bioheart is this diluted since they couldn't get funding. IMO
