It's been my experience that if Tracy is asked a question that seems like it could only be answered in an official news release, she will not respond. I tried to get an answer on that same topic on Facebook a few weeks ago and tried to word it in a way she might be able to answer. I think I asked if it was still the plan to use the financing only for day-to-day operations and to fund drilling with some type of JV. Her short reply: "Yes." That was as close as I could get to getting confirmation that LBSR still expects some type of agreement at some point. Not much, I know.

I do give her the benefit of the doubt because she has to be very careful when answering any questions. Having said that, I have been trying to figure out how to ask a question about the SRK report that Tracy might be able to answer. Like "Would you say the SRK report progress is on schedule?" But I'd most likely get a carefully worded answer like "We are very pleased with the progress SRK is making and will let shareholders know as soon as their report is delivered." Well, I just wrote two whole paragraphs and probably did not make you feel any better!

That's a good reference, bylo. You could even ask, "can I assume the following statement is correct: 'while we do not have a deal as yet, there is an increasing interest by several funding entities and large companies.'"??????
