What bashing are you talking about? The company showed inconsistent numbers compared to their quarterly reports. They had an auditing firm that decided to stop dealing with them ( by the way people on this board said that this firm is one of the best in the business when EWSI hired them). At this point we are still losing money on what was the share price before the 10k. I don't know about you, but this considered bad performance which deserve that the people complain about what the company do. Just like you and some others who praise the company in each and every occasion even when it is 90% red.
I would guess that their time to make hay has past, and somehow they know that. We are in the growing season, where we can look forward to many green days ahead.
