I could list a couple million shares right now at 1 and it would also raise the ask at 1 by that much. Doesn't mean all of those are outstanding they could be people who got in, got scared, and want to get out. There is no guarantee with any stock. It's all speculation and clever guess work I am posting based on what I see throughout the day.
