Did memon bring PXD in? i have not looked at the timing since Memon was "let go"--Did Memon leave after the announcement that PXD was gone or before the announcement? I recall that PXD made the decision to withdraw in December but it was not announced until January so ERHC could line up a replacement.

has always strived to have controlling interest in ERHE,imo.

Remember when he had to personally pay off the lawsuit to FAB,from his own shares. EO almost immediately called in his debt, and accepted shares for loans to ERHE...which once again bolstered his retaining control.

EO has always feared the company would be stolen from him,and he will never let that happen.

If he did not do this,ERHE would have been stolen from him a long ago,imo....and EO knows this, because he knows just how BIG...ERHE is going to be,imo
