Simple, if Goog executes all its delay tactics before it is forced to pay Vrng a nominal time frame would be 18 mo's or so. Other companies being sued by Vrng could using similar delay tactics stretch the time to pay Vrng similarly. That is providing Vrng is successful in winning its court cases.

BTW I am not a short just a trapped underwater long.
