WHY? because there was no bid at .50 .... do you know how the stock market works? your piece of paper is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.

Because at that time .15 was the highest someone was willing to pay. Currently the highest someone is willing to pay is .20 Monday I'm guessing .10 by end of next week .01 PHOTs last and final resting place

Can anyone explain to me how PHOT started the day at .15 or .16 why didn't they start at .50?
