I believe YA understood the great things that can happen with intellicell as a business partner and not as a PREDATOR waiting to maul the svfc cupboard. No I think when they signed on, they became aware of all the debts and the potential future profits as well. That will make their 9.9% a wise investment. They aren't waiting in the learches to pounce!!

Says this plain as day....the common stock has NOT CEASED TO BE LISTED OR QUOTED FOR TRADING OR LISTED ON THE OTC MARKETS (the "OTC")...etc, ect!
