If this is true then PHOT is back!!!!. The retail investor will have more confidence then ever if Growlife was forthcoming and this will hit $1.00 easy. I wonder if the SEC will say "my bad" and refund all the investors that sold at a 50% loss.

the SEC had informed the company that it was not the subject of an informal or formal investigation and that the SEC has not requested any documents from the company or its board of directors. Scott also said that SEC staff had suggested to the company that regulators halted the stock because of concerns that 3rd party holders of Growlife stock were set to engage in some form of manipulative promotional activity. “I can confirm that GrowLife was not involved in the planning of any potentially manipulative promotional activity nor does it have any knowledge of any planned 3rd party promotional activity of any kind or type, proper or improper,” Scott said

So no formal or informal investigation but the SEC had some "Concerns" so they suspend trading and screw the existing stockholders! The SEC should immediately take this stock off of the grey sheets and relist it! What a bunch of crap!
