PHOT is already seeking a MM to get back on the pinks. PHOT announced this yesterday.

To be honest, not sure. Not my area... my understanding is that to trade on ANY exchange, OTC or Nasdaq, the company has to have been vetted by FINRA and a 211 accepted by a MM.

Sure there are others who know this stuff better than me. Uplisting requirements is not something I have spent a great deal of time on.
