From my experience, with regards to Pinky CEOs whose stock trades on this pigpen of platforms, most always are aware of the situation. It's usually their decisions not to file or have complete transparency that has caused the stock to trade on the Pinks in the first place.
Most times what Pinky CEO's have to say should not be taken as gospel.
