...And therin lies the fundamental problem Paul would have it he tried to threaten anyone with legal action. Actually, he would have three big problems:
1) in order to win a libel suit, you have to prove the allegedly libelous information is untrue. That would be tough, considering the evidence that's been amassed thus far.
2) I GUARANTEE on that memorable day, the courtroom would be absolutely packed with dozens and dozens of ornery former investors. I personally know peeps who have lost a combined total of over 1 MILLION DOLLARS on Taylor's last scam. Of course, they would all testify. If the judge could even call the courtroom to order, I don't think it would stay quiet for long. Any jury would be hard pressed to side with Paul.
3) Regardless of the outcome, enough press would be generated so that the entire investing world would steer clear of anything touched by his hands. Paul would end up in vocational re-training, likely practicing such phrases as:
"do you want fries with that?"
