Let's talk about this, if you don't mind:

I don't think a lot of people have really thought this through because I have not seen it addressed on this board as of yet. All of these buildings (housing, hotel, retail shops), will be filled with people, and different businesses, who will all be paying rent/lease payments to Medient. Yes? So if businesses like Starbucks, or Hilton, or name your favorite restaurant, move into these retail spaces, this will bring a nice chunk of change to Medient. These businesses will take care of themselves, and all Medient has to do is collect the monthly payments

I would also think that if some of these big companies signed on, let's say Starbucks for example, that they would also help pay for the construction of their particular building, so that it was built to their needs. What does everyone think? MDNT
