Americo you are correct. The deal would have helped Phot. You could also read the statements made on their message board. But I do feel sorry for all the investors. Hopefully Phot will recover, which it should and the gains will be made back. Investors whether penny or not are always at the mercy of press releases. When I once told a friend the best way to invest is look at the fundamentals he laughed and said ya right look at Enron great fundamentals until the Indictment Came.!!! Go luck Americo.
