"All the companies are relatively small, once compared to DuPont, so it would make sense that they sit back patiently and allow others to do the "heavy lifting" before they emerge in the arena with a justified offer."

You are exactly correct, Truth. I have been saying this for a long time now. Dr. Joe Cunning is on our Advisory Board. Charlie Howland has long time connections with DuPont. We have what I call the "perfect storm." DD is watching our every more. We are associated with their eyes and ears (Cunning/Howland).

DD is just sitting back and letting us do all of the heavy work, as you have said here and as I have been saying for nearly two years. IMHO, I sincerely believe that Kim is surprised that DD has not made a bid for KBLB yet.

However, in my eyes, the longer DD (or any other suitor) waits, the better. The more time Kim has to execute the business plan, the higher the price for a buyout goes. As you know, everything can be sold FOR A PRICE, even KBLB. Our technology is too disruptive and important for a company like DD to sit back and do nothing.

You know, as well as I, that Kevlar generates close to 5 billion dollars a year for DD. A replacement for Kevlar, like MS or BR, would "conservatively" generate 8 billion a year (I think more like ten).

If KBLB were to be bought out at $20.00 a share, that comes to roughly 14 billion dollars, less that one and a half years of income from the "new" Kevlar. THIS WOULD BE CHUMP CHANGE FOR DD.

This is a scenario I have talked about for such a long time. No one picks up on it, because they feel it impossible. Most here are hoping for a one dollar PPS or even less, and they will sell out. That is a shallow goal and a gigantic mistake. I want a full course meal not a snack!

Kim is an attorney. He could write up any deal he wants. I believe Kim will sell, as long as he gets a great price and maintains control of the business process and development.

This would be an easy contract for him to write up. These are my predictions, and they have been. In about a year or so, we will begin to discuss this topic in detail, as I have been doing for two years now. :-)

GO KIM THOMPSON....I LOVE THAT GUY! :-)
