When the patent gets its price tag that is our ticket for the Net Assets requirement.
The most the patent would need to be valued at is $5M. I am unsure if we qualify for the $2M requirement, if MYEC was in continuous business for at least 3 years or not.

Payne as MOD stated....do you not think we can meet requirement 2 ?

OTCQX U.S.

Meet one of the following exemptions, consistent with the definition of a “Penny Stock” under Rule 3a51-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934:

a. Have a bid price of $5 or more; or

b. Have net tangible assets of $2,000,000, if the issuer has been in continuous operation for at least three years, or $5,000,000, if the issuer has been in continuous operation for less than three years; or

c. Have average revenue of at least $6,000,000 for the last three years.

It will take at least a year but they are on their way and don't expect huge profits for q1 as they are implementing the system Q2 and three should start to show the revenues as these licensing deals will take some time to implement my advice get as much of this stock as you can while it is cheap IMO this stock is a steal under 12 cents. Go MYEC
