I've been to all the Florida stores, and while I don't have any way of knowing for sure, I find it hard to believe that the Tampa and Cape Coral locations are run by the same company. The only thing they share is the logo and the stock ticker plastered all over.
The Cape Coral stores have a more polished look, much better menu and signage. They're cleaner and brighter. I can't believe they are not run by someone who is local to that area and is staying on top of the business. Tampa, while never a class act, has gotten worse. I mean at least get rid of the plants they stuck out front and just let die... Looks like hell.
