At this point, I think Peregrine will have their pick of who they want to bring into the mix. Make it worthwhile for the employees and hell, if they hire landscapers that are eligible to buy discounted employee stock--- I'll be moving back to Cali! : )
...anyhow, preferred share stock to raise money and they look to be the only small biotech to ever raise money in that fasion and hopefully they can do it again soon on the next set of events.
