That's what counts is done news... we can see some new ones were pulled in so lets see how this turns out. I know 4 years ago it was about towers going up in the DR and not much on that front anymore. Phone sales is just icing on the cake very competitive on that front. but trying to clean up OTC cost a bit so some plans have got to be up to put money in some pockets.
