i think the merger is alredy done at many time

if you look in all AFPW PR they said all times the novofuel is a owned subsidiady of the afpw (is because deal is done)

they just not give us the details of the deal and the details of shares


I wish fong fired! and AFPW close doors and AFPW shares converted to novofuel with an 10:1 or 20:1 RS (but no more dump, if dump is to continue I not want RS)



we need novofuel with 200M ~ 400M share struture

I want novofuel in dolar land to get a chance to trade in Nasdaq or Nyse
