The post you made is incorrect. The agreement is with IC Places not with the TV network directly. IC Places manages all the assets of Imagine TV and all revenues from Imagine flow through to IC Places.
You are correct that Mr.S self funded the initial build of Imagine TV and it's initial growth.
This means no cost to shareholders with the benefit of all the revenue flow.
