The increase has to be approved by the majority of shareholders,seeing how insiders own more than 50% of O/S shares all they need to do is have a board meeting to approve the increase. That is how it is with most OTC stocks.GLTAL

No, they don't need approval. A simple filing with the SOS can do that. No questions asked.
