its not whats coming next week there will be more news. It will rise into the drilling just on the simple fact they might actually hit oil.I coud see it rising to 10 to 12 cents before they drill and if they hit it could go to 30 cents.or higher depending on bpd and if they can prove reserves.Who knows where it can go,U dont have any rixk at this level.Like an option that doesnt expire.Drilling not that far away
