Been all over the net reading and watching reviews of not only the Motovox products but the Smart Carbs. Motovox is a good line, with mixed reviews, which is typical for an up-and-coming company IMHO. I believe the bread 'n butter is with APT's Smart Carb and upcoming engine applications. It's the revolutionary tech that is important, but the Motovox line provides consistant revs which are needed as well. All IMHO.

You are correct. "Some" of the reviews are less than flattering. Most are good, especially notable when you consider the price on the MOTOVOX lineup is between $400-1000. There is no question that the QC on the Chinese scooters needs to be tightened up. Perhaps that is why APT has someone on their management team who speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese - to address those issues. Remember, MOTOVOX is but one part of ATP. Try finding a negative review of the SMARTCARB. If you do, please send my way as I have yet to find one - especially from industry journals. The real future of APT lies in the continued development of power propulsion systems ( SMARTCARB & SONIC Flow engine)- not in the CHICOM products. Prediction - ATP will eventually divest or sunset the MOTOVOX lineup as they develop the higher end of the business.
