They don't say what the interest rates are and nothing about stock. It's a Deed of Trust and concerns the collateral put up and not the terms of the loan.

VC Energy is Lee Schlesinger a former CEO of Treaty and scam associate. Looks has though he is still working for Blackburn and his pals... Treaty has essentially mortgaged the lease to themselves... A lease that Treaty no longer has rights to because the landowner was never paid by Jakobot. So the collateral is not real. Somebody not going to like that... Seems more fraud was committed...
