It is not about CJ, Pohl, etc. It is about having voters who will vote the way you want so you do not lose control too early of the science. ES had to have a BOD for a public company but he had to make sure they vote in a way that allows him to keep control.Do you really think he would still have control of this company w/o a poison pill or a BOD that votes with him? If they are acting in a way that is contrary to SH and you can prove it then sue them. If not, they will continue to retain control until the deal is right for them. The put themselves in this position and unless they do something illegal that you can prove then you hold your stock or sell it.[url][/url][tag]insert-text-here[/tag]
