I was not happy, at first, with the announcement. I have since calmed down, and think the numbers are compelling. The opportunity has been enhanced. More on that some other time.

Questions on the Reverse Split aside ( I know that is important to many people here ) what I have seen so far tells me that these guys are careful and diligent.

SAYS : SIC - Industry Classification 3511 - Turbines and turbine generator sets

So that's the business they are in, soon to include Tyburn. That's good enough for me.

right now there is 1 bil shares authorized they are raising that to 2.5 bil

Thanks, I havn't been following for awhile, and I thought the pr read we were already at 2.5 bil. Sort of a glossed over dilution, but whatever works. Better than where we were.
