According to everything I've read specifically with Colorado, no.

As prdouct being weed or edibles, is considered the same thing
and a RMJ license is still required for edibles but isn't possible until
2016. Even if CWIR PRs differently, I prefer to read the laws and not
assume an OTC CEO isn't pumping more words on Twitter or maybe a
a few hundred dollar PR.

This industry is definitely a hard nut to crack for OTCs. But, a large percentage of floundering
OTCs decided to jump on the bandwagon of late, PRs anyways for now.

What 'product'. That's what is missing at this point. Names mean nothing. And there is no 'product'. There is no field, no buildings, no plants, nada! That's why Hudson needs $$$$ so bad. That's why he needs FINRA approval for CWIR. That gives him the cash that he so desperately needs to keep everything going.

In the meantime he is making $$$$ for himself and his buddies. Then if it doesn't work out he just walks away like he has done before. Everyone here just has to pray that he makes that $$$$. As I have always said 'be nimble' and DIVERSIFY.

And this all takes time.
