I sent one Wednesday morning, she responded that afternoon, after I read that reply Wednesday afternoon I sent another one and she replied again that day.

I sent one yesterday at 4pm and Michelle responded by 5pm. She's very good at getting back to me the same day, however, her responses have been the same referring me to the press center on their website for any updates
