Either what you say is not true or JBI's Q3 10Q and the Annual Facility Report which we can get Q4 production from are in error.

If they did what I propose in my question, processor #3 alone would produce about 270,000 gallons in a single quarter. With all three machines running, the company produced about 218,000 gallons total between Q3 (derived from the Q3 10Q: about 170,000 gallons) and Q4 (derived from the Annual Facility Report: about 48,000 gallons).
