With so many significant news and progress, share price is still under depressed...... Perhaps one way to change is up-listing, in other words, changing investors' base. Even though, many investors in this board have strong confidence to the Company, the daily movement of share price is severely affected by flippers and short term profit-taker. Sophisticated investors cannot invest OTCBB stock.
