These are FACTUAL short numbers folks. Not those hypothetical numbers contrived off of daily trade imbalances caused by Market Makers transaction delays. Perfect example is WHY YOUR TRADES TAKE 3 DAYS TO SETTLE.
OTC Markets and FINRA have warnings about those fake "short" numbers.
