got spuds on the phone ,he says he has placed an order to buy AXLXD buy 66 shares at .61 order excepted , 7000 on the ask at .61 and he's not getting filled. bye

The security has to be updated in all shareholders accounts.
you will see your account change to reflect .40 and the new axlxd.
Some time after that the trading will begin.
